The farm

Ogni cosa che puoi immaginare la natura l'ha già creata

Our small and young, yet flourishing and expanding farm is surrounded by the uncontaminated nature of Alta Langa, and is ripe for growth.

Our mission is to operate in harmony and respect of the surrounding nature in order to guarantee quality over quantity.

Thanks to our grandparents, we have at our disposition 3 hectares of ten-year old chestnut groves.

In addition, we have planted 3 hectares of hazelnut trees on family land as well as an orchard which will begin producing fruit within the next few years.

And, of course, we have already started growing our own vegetables. In addition, we are growing aromatic and medicinal herbs which we will use for our liqueur production. We will transform these products, grown on our own soil, to obtain preserves, jams, juices, spirits and liqueurs.

We have also begun to produce our own honey… now we just need to be patient and wait to reap nature’s beautiful harvest.

And, when the season is right, truffle hunting is a must.  

We have prepared the soil, done the planting and now we just need to be patient until harvest time when we will be able to reap what we have sown.
